Die Datensätze können mit dem Kommando tar -xzvf filename.tgz enpackt werden.

R wird mit dem Kommando R gestartet. Die R-Skripte können mit dem Befehl source("filename") geladen werden. Die folgenden Kommandos stehen nach dem Laden der Skripte zur Verfügung:
CorrelationMatrix.R: cor(test) und cor(test2)
PCA.R: pca, pca$x und summary(pca)
food-dataset.R: pca, pca$x und summary(pca)
