Short Introduction

On the lower left-hand side the projection of the Kohonen neural network, the Kohonen map is shown. With a dimension of 12 x 12 it has 144 neurons which are partially filled with altogether 120 reactions. The numbers in the neurons represent the number of reactions filled into the respective neuron. On clicking on such a number, the first reaction of the investigated neuron is shown in the upper window. If the neuron contains more than one reaction you can browse the other reactions with the navigation buttons in the upper window.

On the lower right-hand side the coloring is explained. Each color represent a reaction type that has been assigned intellectually.

Now you are invited to analyze the Kohonen map by yourself.
