When Do I need the Molecule Editor

The CACTVS Molecule Editor is used to draw a synthesis target which should be analyzed by WODCA. Furthermore, it allows the modification of a molecular structure which is already drawn.

How to Start the Molecule Editor

The CACTVS Molecule Editor can be started directly by WODCA. Either use the Tools menu of WODCA's menu bar or the context menu of WODCA's structure display.

The Graphical User Inteface

The graphical user interface of the CACTVS Molecule Editor is divided into different elements (see Figure 1).
